Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information florpad.fun ("we") collects when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have. We built Flor to need as little personal information as possible: there are no accounts, no passwords and no email sign-ups.
1. Information we collect
- Public wallet addresses. When you connect a wallet, the interface reads your public address to show balances and prepare transactions. Wallet addresses and transactions are public on the Solana blockchain.
- Content you submit. Coin names, tickers, descriptions, images and links you provide when creating a coin. These are published publicly.
- Technical data. Our servers and hosting provider may log IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and timestamps for security, abuse prevention and reliability.
- Local storage. The interface stores a small flag in your browser to remember that you connected a wallet. It doesn't contain your keys.
2. What we never collect
We never ask for or store your seed phrase or private keys. We don't require your name, email address or government ID to use the Service.
3. How we use information
- To run the Service: displaying coins, prices, trades and balances, and preparing transactions for you to sign.
- To keep it secure and working: detecting abuse, preventing spam coins and fixing errors.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
4. Blockchain data is public
Anything you do on-chain, such as creating a coin, buying or selling, is permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain and visible to anyone. We can't change or delete blockchain data.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, RPC and storage providers) under appropriate confidentiality terms, or when the law requires it.
6. Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. Coin content is kept as long as the coin is listed on the Service.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how we use it. Because we hold very little off-chain information and nothing on-chain can be altered, some requests may not be possible to fulfil. Contact us to make a request.
8. Children
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
9. Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new "last updated" date.
