Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of florpad.fun, its interface, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What Flor is

Flor is a software interface that lets users create tokens on the Solana blockchain and trade them against on-chain bonding curve programs. When a token reaches its graduation threshold, its liquidity migrates to a third-party automated market maker (PumpSwap). We do not take custody of your assets at any point. Every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet and executed by smart contracts on a public blockchain.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are on any sanctions list. You are responsible for making sure your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

3. Your wallet

You connect to the Service with a self-custodial wallet that you control. You are solely responsible for keeping your wallet, seed phrase and private keys secure. We can't access, recover or reverse anything in your wallet, and we will never ask for your seed phrase.

4. Creating coins

• Anyone can create a coin. A coin's name, ticker, image and description are provided by its creator, not by us, and we don't verify them.
• You must not create coins that infringe anyone's intellectual property, impersonate a real person, company or project, or contain illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or harassing content.
• We may hide coins or content from the interface at our discretion. Because tokens live on a public blockchain, hiding a coin in our interface does not remove it from the blockchain.

5. Trading and fees

• Trades on a bonding curve are priced by a deterministic formula described in the docs. Quotes shown in the interface are estimates; the final result depends on the on-chain state when your transaction executes, within the slippage you set.
• A fee of 1% applies to each trade on a bonding curve, split between the coin's creator and the protocol. Solana network fees are paid separately. Fees are shown before you sign.
• Blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed by us.

6. Risks

Digital assets, and memecoins especially, are highly volatile and speculative. You may lose all the money you put in. A coin's floor is the lowest price its bonding curve can reach; it is not backed by deposited funds and is not a promise that anyone will buy at that price. After graduation, prices are set by the market. Smart contracts may contain bugs, and blockchains can be congested or halt. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. No advice

Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. We do not endorse any coin listed on the Service, and a coin appearing on the board is not a recommendation.

8. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: manipulate markets (including wash trading or coordinated pump-and-dump schemes); use the Service for money laundering, fraud or financing illegal activity; attack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service; use bots or scripts in a way that degrades it for others; or try to get around any restriction we put in place.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on and links to third parties, including the Solana network, wallet providers, PumpSwap, RPC providers and block explorers. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their availability, security or conduct.

10. Intellectual property

The florpad.fun name, logo, interface design and code are ours or our licensors'. Content submitted by users stays theirs, but by submitting it you give us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it as part of the Service.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, tokens, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to the protocol through the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Service, the content you submit, or your breach of these Terms.

14. Changes and termination

We may change these Terms by posting an updated version on this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms. We may suspend or end your access to the interface at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
